FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by October 10th, 2026. After that date, we’ll assume you’re unable to join us — though we’d still love to hear from you!

Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

We’d love to celebrate with every single one of you, but to keep things manageable, we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is everything at the same location?

No — the ceremony will take place in a beautiful pine forest, while the reception will be held at a private property just a 25-minute drive away.

Is there parking?

Yes, there’s plenty of parking at both locations. Just allow a relaxed three-minute stroll from your car to your seat.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Both will be outdoors. The ceremony is nestled in the pine forest, and the reception will be under a lovely marquee on the private property. We recommend bringing sunscreen and bug spray to stay comfortable!

What happens if it rains?

In the case of rain, we’ll move the ceremony to the reception site under the marquee. We’ll let you know as soon as any changes are confirmed.

What is the timeline for the day?

The ceremony begins at 2:00 pm, followed by group photos. You’re then welcome to head over to the reception venue for refreshments and lawn games starting around 3:30 pm. The reception dinner will kick off at 5:30 pm, and the evening will wrap up around 9:00 pm as we make our exit.

How do I get there?

Simply follow Google Maps to the ceremony location — it’s about 25 minutes from Cooranbong or roughly two hours from Sydney Airport. The reception is a scenic 25-minute drive from the ceremony. We’ll send more detailed travel notes closer to the date.

What time should I arrive?

Please aim to arrive at the ceremony by 1:30 pm (no earlier than 1:00 pm) so you can settle in comfortably before we begin at 2:00 pm sharp.

What's on the menu?

We’re excited to serve a delicious buffet-style, fully plant-based menu at the reception. If you have any additional dietary needs (gluten-free, allergies, etc.), please let us know when you RSVP so we can provide suitable options for you.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Smart casual is the vibe! Think comfortable, lawn-friendly footwear and colours that blend beautifully with nature. Wear what makes you feel good — and we recommend bringing a light layer for the cooler evening air.

GIFTS?

Your presence and love on our special day are truly the only gifts we could wish for. However, for those who would still like to give something, we have a registry available at Myer, or you’re welcome to bring a monetary gift on the day.

Can I take pictures?

We kindly ask that you don’t take photos or videos during the ceremony itself — we’d love for everyone to be fully present in the moment. You’re more than welcome to snap away during the rest of the day! We also ask that you don’t post anything on social media, but we’d be thrilled if you shared your photos with us directly afterwards via message or email.

Will you be live-streaming the wedding?

Unfortunately, live-streaming isn’t possible in our outdoor setting, but we will be recording the ceremony and will happily share the video afterwards (along with some beautiful photos) for those who can’t join us on the day.

Who can I contact if I have any more questions?

Feel free to reach out to either of us via message or email anytime. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
